Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay with the comfortable king-sized bed and nice shower. Proximity to Robinson's made dining easy, especially at nearby cafés. I faced minor issues with parking and wish single occupancy rooms were available. I'd recommend early arrivals for parking ease.

The staff were super-friendly from the moment we arrived.

the setting was magnificent, just off butuan, philippines as well as robibsons place mall is. amazing service, just what we needed.

The beds were comfortable and a nice touch was to have a hot/cold water dispenser.

The noise from the hallways disrupted my sleep almost every night. I had issues with my room key card that didn't work properly, forcing me to change rooms after a lengthy wait. The WiFi signal was weak.

Impressive and neat units in our own bedroom. Good location just next door to shops, the deomestic airport and bus terminal. Also, within a mall which is good for people who loves to go shopping.

Convenient and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were outstandingly accommodating, and it had marvellous location in the center of the city. Location: the property was just off all food chains and other shops, the terminal, and adjacent large shopping mall. Went to Jucha Juice Bar for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff were as kind as can be, helped me right away with my luggage. Ope, and the room was super clean, too! I felt real comfy with the cool air conditioning. Plus, grabbin' a bite at the mall was super easy. Hot and cold water dispensers on each floor? What a nice touch!

The location near a mall has been great. Room was sufficiently large and clean.

For a hotel that is part of a large mall chain, you might expect the pressure of the water to be there for showering.

Conveniently located near Robinsons Mall, but the noise from the hallways disrupted my sleep. Housekeeping was inconsistent.

I tried to contact the hotel twice, but my requests remained unanswered. Since I was not a guest myself but booked for someone else, I would have liked to pay for the night in advance by credit card. This was not possible due to the inaccessibility of the hotel, which is why I had to give cash to the person I was booking for to pay the hotel. Very annoying and not customer friendly!

The comfy bed was a godsend after tasty late-night snacks, and the hot/cold water dispenser kept things chill.

Thought there'd be a desk for studying since we were there for three nights, but ended up just chillin' at cafés for our work.

The room was big and the bed was also big and for the first time I had no back pain from the hotel bed. If one wanted the room to be cleaned, it was done very well and promptly. Even my sandals had been cleaned with it. For the price it was great.

This place is nice, and provides everything I need, like air conditioning, free parking, and express check-in. The staff even helped me with a local taxi number during my first stay. I'm coming back for a city trip!
